Fans went wild as the trendsetter stepped onto the red carpet and looked dapper in a black leather vest and camouflage pants. Once inside, Fabolous, alongside his entourage of seven close friends, including recording artist, Ashleigh Elliot, held court at a lavish VIP booth overlooking the packed dance floor. The dynamic group toasted the birthday boy with shots of El Cartel Tequila with gold flakes while DJs Slowhand and DECON spun hits from Fabolous' new mixtape throughout the evening. The Brooklyn native was all smiles when the hot spot presented him with a three-tier cake complete with an edible version of the cover of his new mixtape and read "Happy Birthday, Loso," designed exclusively by Sweet Cheeks Bakery. Fabolous hit the stage to perform some of his iconic singles including "Breathe," "You Be Killin 'Em," and "Throw It In The Bag." Between songs, the legendary artist shouted, "There's so many beautiful ladies here tonight." Before departing the celebration, the talented entertainer stopped to take photographs with a few of the nightclub's gorgeous Pussycat Dolls and a handful of admiring fans. Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino Celebrates 30th Birthday at the New Señor Frog’s Las Vegas

  

In a birthday fit for a Jersey King, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino celebrated his milestone 30^th at the grand opening of Las Vegas’ hot new party spot, Senor Frog’s Nightclub (www.senorfrogs.com) at Treasure Island Hotel & Casino (TI) last night.

The man who coined “GTL” and made it a part of the American vernacular has a new acronym he plans to live by after an eventful year: “ABG.” “Always be grateful,” said Sorrentino. “My birthday wish is to never forget that.”

Always close to his family, Sorrentino celebrated his birthday alongside his brothers, Marc and Frankie, his sister, Melissa, and his mom, Linda. The group was also joined by Melissa’s boyfriend, Michael Sussman, Marc’s girlfriend, Andrea Bevilacqua, and Mike’s good friend, Peter Dicatalda.

They started the evening with dinner downstairs at Señor Frog’s world famous restaurant, where the group enjoyed an array of Mexican favorites including nachos and quesadillas. For the main course, Mike and his brother Marc enjoyed steak.  As with any meal at Señor Frog’s, dinner was complemented by a raucous congo line where about 50 party-goers snaked right by Sorrentino’s table. Well wishers waved to Sorrentino and his family as they passed by; and “The Situation” himself laughed and waved back at the excited fans.

The group then went upstairs to the second story nightclub, where his family surprised Sorrentino with a custom tiered-cake topped with an exact replica of his prize possession, a black Lamborghini. Fans at the packed nightclub all joined in to sing “Happy Birthday” to the popular MTV star and entrepreneur.

So, what does a family get a reality star who has everything? A golden retriever puppy from Melissa, who Mike named Moses, and $3,000 Nike Air Yeezy 2 sneakers in black from Marc. The biggest gift of all? A 6,000-square-foot house in Monmouth New Jersey from Mike to himself. “A new contract would be an amazing birthday gift, too,” joked Sorrentino.

Sorrentino chatted up and took photographs with fans at Señor Frog’s, where he sported a laid-back look in a UCLA baseball cap, a plaid Polo top and Armani jeans.

The family stayed late into the night, dancing and enjoying the fun at Señor Frog’s.

Señor Frog’s Las Vegas is an expansive indoor and outdoor venue, featuring impressive views of the Las Vegas Strip and the steamy Sirens of TI show. Dru Hill are a contemporary R&B group from Baltimore, who had a string of hits in the 90s including “In My Bed”, “Never Make a Promise” and “How Deep is Your Love?”.

The group took their name from the Druid Hill Park area where they grew up, and it was there that they started singing together, to the visitors of the sweet manufacturers where they worked. They got their break performing at the Impact Convention where they drew the attention of Island Records.

Their debut album received a boost when the Whoopi Goldberg film Eddie used the track “Tell Me”. The track made the Top 5 of the R&B chart and helped take the album to gold sales. Another film, Rush Hour, helped with their follow-up album, when it used “How Deep is Your Love?”. The album went to the Top 5 of the album charts on its way to double platinum sales.

The band split between the second and third albums, but the time allowed the members to pursue solo projects. Each one released an album in a different genre. Nokio’s was hip–hop, Woody’s was gospel while Jazz made an R&B album, but it was Sisqó’s pop effort that made the most impact. The Unleash the Dragon album had three successful singles, including the chart-topping “Incomplete”, but it is the “Thong Song” for which Sisqó is most remembered around the world.

When Dru Hill did regroup they added a new member, and the quintet released their third album Dru World Order in 2002. Although the singles failed to sell as well as previous releases, the fans still took the album to platinum status.

Although there has been no official announcement of a split, the group members are all pursuing solo careers at present.

George Willborn ~ Since his first appearance on stage in 1987, George Willborn has brought laughter to the masses with his no-holds-barred approach to telling the truth about what’s funny. Dubbed comedy’s “Stress Reliever,” Willborn has entertained crowds with his comedy around the world, on stage, on television and of course on radio. He is currently the co-host of the nationally syndicated Michael Baisden Show and Michael Baisden after Dark.

J Reid ~ Since age 19, comedian Jay Reid has been entertaining audiences in Las Vegas and beyond. The Vegas native began his comedy career performing stand-up in small clubs throughout his hometown, and has since appeared in comedy venues from Los Angeles to Iraq.

Damon Williams ~ Damon's numerous television appearances include BET's Comicview annually since '94 including his own one hour special. He's been featured on BET LIVE and most recently hosted several episodes of the legendary Showtime at the Apollo formerly hosted by TV star Steve Harvey....

Kenny Howell ~ Chicago-born comedian Kenny Howell best know for keeping the audience roaring with a fast-paced, confident delivery of his 50-minute routine....gut busting!
